Python tool that generates formal Lithuanian vacation-request PDFs in the correct official template, including genitive-case month names and digital-signature overlay.

The annual ritual of filling out the same Lithuanian vacation-request form deserved automation. Includes the correct genitive case for month names (sausio, vasario, kovo …), Unicode font handling for Lithuanian diacritics, and digital-signature PNG overlay. Both programmatic API and CLI.
